I was planning on getting the same one but, decided to see if there is anything out there better. Does anyone reccomend a different Vacuum that is good with pets hair? B.Philadelphia, PA • 27 Dec 20 Keurig Coffee Without the Disposable Pods. In response to the Angellina's Coffee Ads on Nextdoor, I have used my Keurig One-Cup Coffee Maker for a number of years, but without the pods, which are very expensive and which add more junk to the landfills. You can snap out the black plastic piece that holds the pod and replace it with a reusable filter which has a nylon screen. You can use any brand of coffee you choose and then rinse out the filter (a sink sprayer with hot water works great). I have used this filter for several years and my coffee always tastes perfect. If you have a Keurig and are throwing pods in the trash every day, I urge you to give this method a try. Let's stop supporting companies that over-package their goods - one plastic pod used for every cup of coffee! It's one small way of saving our environment. 68 Try re-useable cups/ pods.
